SHIPPING POLICY
Given the current challenges surrounding COVID-19, there are no guaranteed delivery dates. We’re working closely with our courier partners and are following up with each order to ensure you receive your product(s) in a timely manner.
Packages being delivered by couriers (FedEx, Canada Post, Purolator, etc.) are not insured unless requested by customer. Insurance is charged at 1% of the total invoice value and MUST be requested prior to shipment leaving our warehouse.
RETURN POLICY
Sealed Phones:
- All unopened products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
- If the product has been opened, used or shows signs of use, a restocking fee of 20% of the original selling price will be applied. Drextel reserves the right to inspect any item before processing a refund.
- In the event of receiving a product that is defective on arrival (DOA), please contact us immediately and we’ll begin the process to replace the product.
- Any device that has been damaged or tampered with will not be refundable or exchangeable. Any device that is returned in this condition will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
